In 2009, TDS launched Transition Manager primarily as a tool for internal use. In 2013, TDS formally introduced TransitionManager to the market as a standalone software product decoupled from TDS migration services.

In each of these roles, Michael played a key leadership role in operations, adoption of innovative technology and the alignment of IT operations with business goals and objectives.
