JDA Inc. Teams up with Microsoft to Power Data-Driven Digital Transformations in the Cloud

JDA inc. has announced that it will collaborate with tech giant Microsoft to create a cognitive SaaS solution for its supply chain. The announcement was made public on Thursday.

“Our strategic partnership with Microsoft accelerates JDA‘s mission as the supply chain platform company, enabling our broad ecosystem of joint partners and developers to further leverage our AI/ML-based solutions,” said Girish Rishi, CEO, JDA.

With an aim of speeding up JDA’s goal of rolling out a single supply chain with the help of sophisticated cloud platform tools, the new solution will be created on Microsoft’s cloud platform, Azure.

The collaboration will help JDA to focus on SaaS solutions roadmap and luminate, the advanced platform for cognitive and connected supply chain. It will pave a road for the customers to explore the global footprints and alliances of Microsoft. Whereas, the customers will also leverage a good number of compliance collection, embedded security, and industry-leading support.

With a combined solution portfolios, both the companies will look forward to push digital transformation in the retail, manufacturing, and logistics industry. JDA’s road map is packed with a digital control tower, luminate-a virtual decision center which provides real time all day long visibility into global supply chains.
